Daily, Weekly & Monthly Rates:
Late Summer 2024 (Sept. 4 - Sept. 30) - $250/night
Fall 2024 (Oct. 1 - Dec. 21) - $235/night $1,400/week
Winter Holiday 2024 (Dec. 22 - Jan. 5/25) - $300/night
Winter 2025 (Jan. 6 - April 30) - $235/night $1,400/week
Early Spring 2025 (May 1 - May 31) - $245/night
Spring 2025 (June 1 - June 21) - $270/night
Summer 2025 (June 22 - Aug. 31) - $3,000/week
Summer Stays require a Saturday check-in and check-out

Monthly Rate during October 2024 to April 2025: $2,700
Minimum Rental period 5-7 nights.
40% deposit required to hold dates. Full payment plus a $500 refundable damage deposit is required 45 days before occupancy. Departure cleaning charge: $175
- E-transfer accepted and preferred for all bookings. Secure Paypal payment accepted as well. Cheque payment is also accepted for repeat guests.
