For those looking for a Parksville beach rental near Rathtrevor Beach, please note that Summer stays require a Saturday check-in and check-out.

All rates are in Canadian $.

If you're considering a longer stay, the monthly rate during October 2025 to May 2026 is $2,950, making it ideal for enjoying Tanglewood 8 and the beautiful surroundings.

Minimum rental period is 5-7 nights.

A 40% deposit is required to hold your dates at our Parksville beach rental. Full payment, along with a $500 refundable damage deposit, must be completed 45 days prior to occupancy. Additionally, a departure cleaning charge of $185 applies. 

E-transfer is accepted and preferred for all bookings at Tanglewood 8, though secure Paypal payments are also welcome. We accept cheque payments for repeat guests as well.
